The Waikoloa Foundation
Happy Aloha Friday everyone! We’d like to introduce all of you to Ed Teixeira who is part of the Waikoloa Foundation Advisory Board. Ed was the former Hawaii State Civil Defense Vice Director, and we thought it would be great to get his expertise on hurricane preparedness as we are currently in Hawaii hurricane season. Ed says that there are three things you should have stored away in case of a hurricane:1. A Hurricane Kit - this should include flashlights, batteries, first aid, and even cash. You can find a hurricane kit on Amazon.2. Bottles water3. Non-perishable food We hope that this small piece of info helps you in being prepared. For more info on Ed and our other Advisory Board members, please visit our website! #waikoloafoundation #waikoloabeachresort ... See MoreSee Less
